Guest Services and Marketing Coordinator
ZenAway Whistler is seeking a hard-working and ambitious Whistler local with a professional attitude to oversee the sales and marketing arm of our business!
The role of this person is to manage guest communications before, during and after their stay, as well as manage marketing efforts to future guests and potential homeowner clients. This is a part-time role with growth opportunities as the company grows its inventory of properties.

- Are capable of managing several social media channels

Your main tasks will be:
- Responding to guest inquiries via phone, email or text
- Communicating with guests in a polite and professional manner
- Designing and writing monthly marketing emails
- Managing various social media channels
- Writing and updating property listings
Requirements:
- Customer service and marketing background
- Professional and excellent English communication
- Personal computer, smartphone, and a quiet workspace
- Experience copy writing (bonus)
- Experience with WordPress, paid ad campaigns, and Mailchimp (bonus)
More Details
- $19-23/hour with performance reviews + bonus plan
- Job Type: Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Start date: Immediately
