About Us

ZenAway Whistler was born out of a passion for travel and adventure.

Christine fell in love with Whistler’s beautiful location and its endless options for outdoor play from the moment she first visited one summer back in 2009. That summer extended to winter, which turned into another summer and before she knew it, she was hooked.

She later met her husband, started a family and with one ‘Whistler kid in training’ decided to expand from managing her own vacation rental and founded ZenAway. Today, ZenAway Whistler is a boutique property management firm whose mission is to offer a collection of premium to luxury vacation homes in Whistler with outstanding property care and world-class guest experience, offering visitors to Whistler the opportunity to fall in love with Whistler too.

Today, her family has grown to four and the ZenAway portfolio has expanded to over 25 properties.

Our Values

Our team truly cares about offering outstanding customer service in every respect. We pay close attention to maintaining our homes, ensuring they are fully equipped so it is fully functional and comfortable for short or long stays, have 24/7 guest communication to give our guests total peace of mind, and we are incredibly picky about the level of cleanliness achieved before our guests even walk through the door. We often go above and beyond simply offering a home with our hot locals' tips and recommendations on how to best enjoy Whistler. Our goal is to provide an outstanding space to sleep, eat and relax so our guests can experience Whistler to its fullest.

Our Owners

ZenAway works with busy professionals, business owners, and full-time fun-seekers who do not have the time, expertise, or desire to learn everything about the world of short-term rentals. We take on the full rental management and property care so our clients can focus on their careers, businesses, and families. Our system is so effective at increasing revenues through repeat guests, excellent guest reviews, and robust pricing management that the management fee usually pays for itself.
