Full Trust Accounting
As a licensee of Consumer Protection BC, our responsibility is to keep full trust accounts. Why is this important? Because you'll get paid what you're actually owed - no spreadsheet or human errors here.
Owner Booking Portal
Many of our owners use their vacation home on occasion for personal use. We make owner bookings easy - simply log into your custom portal and self-serve. Owners can also access reservation and P&L data for their property.
Direct Booking Website
Our beautiful website is built on a formula to convert lookers to bookers, which sets us apart for "Airbnb Managers". Direct bookings are much more profitable and are generally for longer and higher value stays.
Full Marketing Engine
The ZenAway marketing engine communicates with past and prospective guests to drive direct bookings, independent of marketing channels.
