The Role:
The Admin and AP Manager (18 month mat leave contract) ensures that our systems and processes run smoothly and is the liaison between our team and our bookkeeper. This person will gain an intimate knowledge of our AP and Trust accounting process, and will regularly work in the various software we use to ensure back-end operations run smoothly and effectively. This person will also be assigned regular post-clean property inspections which offers the ability to leave their home office on a regular basis.

Your main tasks will be:
• Prepare monthly owner statements in our Property management software (Streamline VRS)
• Liaise with our bookkeeper to ensure that expenses are logged correctly in QBO
• Review and approve all vendor invoices
• Manage new property onboarding process including building building out the property’s listing and ordering all necessary inventory and supplies
• Monthly inventory counts and supply ordering
• Occasional property post-clean inspections
Qualifications
• Experience in hotels or vacation rental management
• Bookkeeping/accounting experience and a familiarity with QBO
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and organized follow-ups.
• Valid local driver’s license and ability to conduct on-site inspections around Whistler.
Assets (not required)
• Experience with Streamline VRS or similar property management systems.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end vacation rental markets
Requirements:
• Currently living in Whistler BC with secured housing
• A quiet home office with the ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Reliable vehicle
• Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
• Valid work permit or PR
Compensation & Perks
• Salary range $58,000-$63,000/year based on experience
• Full benefits
• Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm – 18 month contract
• Start date: March 30 2026
