A Message from ZenAway Vacation Rentals: CoVID-19 (Coronavirus)
July 20th 2021 Update:
The Government of Canada announced that the Canada-US border will re-open to fully vaccinated US travellers on August 9, 2021 and intends to further re-open to all fully vaccinated travellers from other international countries on September 7, 2021 for recreational travel. This is exciting news for Whistler and we are thrilled to finally be able to welcome our international guests back to the resort!
As a first step, starting August 9, 2021, US travellers who have been fully vaccinated with one of Canada’s accepted COVID-19 vaccines or a combination of accepted vaccines at least 14 days prior will be allowed entry into Canada for non-essential travel.
Along with being fully vaccinated, travellers must also:
- Confirm they are eligible to enter Canada
- Upload proof of vaccination into the secure ArriveCan app
- Pass the COVID-19 testing requirements at the border. Travellers can register in advance for their test to save time at the border.
- Have a quarantine plan and be prepared to quarantine for 14 days in case they are symptomatic and do not meet the requirements.

- Return to normal for indoor and outdoor personal gatherings.
- No group limit for indoor and outdoor dining at restaurants, bars and pubs.
